Day Trading Tools

After 8 months of day trading I've finally decided to add 2 more tools to my list of indisposibles. Those are ice cold water bottles and foodstuffs. (Candy bars, chips, pop tarts, etc.)

I can't begin to tell you how much money I've lost or could have made if I wasn't hungry or thirsty during intense trading sessions. The adrenaline going through my body and the sweat that drips from my brow just makes me want to binge. I do give into my hunger and thirst every so often only to come back to my desk and see I'm down $1000 or Apple dropped 3 dollars / sh and rebounded by 4 in the 5 minutes I was gone.

A word to the wise: Never trade on an empty stomach.
